S’mores are delicious, a fan favorite for years! Kids and adults (we're just big kids, let's face it) both love them, and who can blame us? Sticky, sweet, crunchy, chocolatey--they have it all! But they are a bit...messy. Try out this s'mores dip, instead!

S’mores Dip

Yield: 2 cups of dip

Ingredients:

1 cup heavy cream

2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips

1 bag mini marshmallows

Graham crackers

Equipment:

Saucepot

Spoon

9x9 glass pan

Start by heating the heavy cream on medium heat. Once it starts steaming shut the heat off, add your chocolate chips and stir to melt. Pour into the glass pan and sprinkle marshmallows over the top.

Turn the broiler on your oven and place in the oven to toast the marshmallows. This should only take about 2 minutes. Keep an eye on this as it will burn quickly.

Break up graham crackers and use to scoop up the dip! Enjoy!
